Our Mission
The Campus Assessment Team (CAT) is a multidisciplinary team whose mission is to (1) make individualized and objective assessments of an applicant鈥檚 or a student鈥檚 ability to safely participate in 涩里番鈥檚 program; (2) to detect patterns and trends in individual or group conduct; (3) provide consultation and support to faculty, staff, and administration in assisting students who display concerning or disruptive behaviors.
Who We Are
The Campus Assessment Team is a multidisciplinary team that is committed to addressing the concerns of our faculty, staff, and students, regarding the health and well-being of students that display imminent harm to themselves or others. We also address physical health concerns that may hinder a student from being able to comply with the physical requirements of 涩里番鈥檚 program. We work together with professionals, staff, and families, to develop recommendations that are in the best interest of the student and 涩里番 community.
Our team is comprised of individuals from departments across 涩里番 campus. This includes:
- Executive Director of Student Affairs and Academic Services (Chair)
- Assistant Commandant for Standards and Discipline
- Director of 涩里番 Counseling Center
- 涩里番 Surgeon
- Manager, Students with Disabilities
- Public Safety
- General Counsel of 涩里番
If you would like more information or have general questions or concerns, please contact the Executive Director of Student Affairs and Academic Services, COL John Robinson, at 843.953.5155 or email at jrobin21@citadel.edu.
